Payments are processed by PayPal. Your PayPal receipt and PayPal transaction details are the primary payment records.
Setup issue support
If your PayPal payment completed but Setup Vault did not show your purchased channel, contact [email protected] with your PayPal transaction details.
Refund review
Refund requests are reviewed based on payment status, setup status, and whether the purchased channel has already been claimed. If a channel was not delivered or cannot be set up due to a service issue, contact support for review.
Before requesting a refund
Please check whether you can open Setup Vault, create a Setup Session, and claim the channel on iPhone. Many setup issues can be resolved by opening the existing Vault or generating a new Setup Session.
